Confidentiality
All patient information remains confidential and will only be shared with other health care professionals involved in the care of that patient. Disclosure to a third party is only made with the patient’s written approval.
Comments & Complaints
The doctors and staff attempt to provide an excellent service. We hope that you find this to be so. We offer an informal in-house procedure to deal with complaints about the service we provide.
Please ask to see the practice manager if necessary who will be able to give you further details. We welcome any suggestions for improving the service we offer. If you have any suggestions to make, please speak to a member of staff.
Freedom Of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme.
A Publication Scheme is a “guide” to the “classes” of information the practice intends to routinely make available.
