Confidentiality

All patient information remains confidential and will only be shared with other health care professionals involved in the care of that patient. Disclosure to a third party is only made with the patient’s written approval.

We welcome any suggestions for improving the service we offer. If you have any suggestions to make, please speak to a member of staff.

Comments & Complaints

The doctors and staff attempt to provide an excellent service. We hope that you find this to be so. We offer an informal in-house procedure to deal with complaints about the service we provide. Please ask to see the practice manager if necessary ; she will be able to give you further details.

Freedom Of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme.

A Publication Scheme is a “guide” to the “classes” of information the practice intends to routinely make available.
