How Do I... Make An Appointment?

The doctors work with an appointment system for consultations. To arrange an appointment, telephone 423666 during surgery office hours. Where possible, the preference to see a specific doctor will be met. Each appointment is of a 10 minute duration. A longer appointment can be requested at the time of booking if you feel it is needed. If you are unable to attend, please phone to let us know so we can offer the slot to another patient.

How Do I... Obtain Telephone Advice?

This is available late morning (after 11.00am). If you wish to speak to the doctor or nurse, please phone reception before this time with your details and the doctor or nurse will return your call when they are available.

How Do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

If you feel too unwell to come to the surgery and believe you may need a home visit, please telephone the surgery before 10.00am if possible with a brief description of your medical problem. Sometimes the doctor may phone you back with advice rather than visiting directly. Urgent calls will always be given priority.
